    It is more Work...keeping the Sourdough Strong...But well worth it. Best for digestion and makes a difference in the taste. Ron mailed me the SDS and I have been baking Sourdough since September 2016.

    pennyJo, I have a neighbor friend that has Vertigo. I guess we all have issues....I think and we all must do our best. Take time to rest. I baked today....very tired right now.... I do enjoy baking...but it does become more difficult.

    Yes. It is best for digestion and the BREAD just has a great taste. Happy Sourdough Baking. I bake weekly. Sourdough given to me September 2016.
