We just had to do this with a hen that had EYP. It is so sad, but if you just feel the sadness whenever it comes up, it honors the bird that you loved, and it helps you move on with more grace.

You may be able to find AquaMox at a fish supply store (I would call first). Or chewy might be able to get it to you pretty quickly (from my experience).

Just make sure she is getting neosporin or something similar on there, that will help it heal and help keep it clean. I use herbal salve with comfrey for that kind of stuff because it helps with tissue repair.

They aren't ideal, for sure, but I am unsure which ones are toxic to them or not (depends on the art. sweetener, but I know some are toxic).
You can look into tube feeding if she doesn't eat or drink for a while longer. If she ate and drank a bunch earlier, she might just not be wanting it, or...
