So got my chicks at wilco feed in washington state. I picked welsummer (which i got), barred rock (which i got), SLW (unsure), delaware (def. didnt get). So need help on these two birds both 3 weeks old. First one I think is male, starting to see red in the comb.

I live in the city so my advice does not apply to everyone. But the best bet is lock the chickens down until the hawk gives up. Also have a large crow and bluejay population that help me a ton.
