Very nice looking white Phoenix rooster!
However, I must agree with Chris09...the comb shape and body form looks crossed to some sort of gamefowl. Nevertheless, nice shot and keep us posted! ; )

People often keep them indoors, even as adults
They do only ok in cold weathers. As long as its doesn't snow constantly or too much draft

Correct. Only the true Onagadori have the on-going nm gene unlike the ones we have to work with here in the US. Their nm gene is very variable and most of it is just heavy imbreeding, etc...
