I got a frozen duck from the grocery store, and halfway through the cooking process I saw some roundworms. It will be thoroughly cooked but is it safe to eat the meat? AS long as it's well done? Or do I have to throw away a $24 duck?
Sorry I don't. I got out of poultry a few years ago. I think they are illegal in some states. And with the AI outbreak I'd be surprised if anyone will be able to sell Easter chicks.
