After staying in the house over nigh t h was just fine. Almost wonder if he some how got dehydrated. All we did is baby him in the AC and kept offering water.
My daughter is raising Rouen ducks at noon today I made the rounds before running to town, everyone and everything was good. An hour and a half later, we get home and find Ron down and not moving. He is completely limp, but with some tremors. We brought him inside and my daughter is offering...
I dropped the PayPal complaint. It wasn't worth the continuing stress for me. I told her I forgave her for the mistake and unwillingness to make it right. I can't link this thread to my complaint since she never responded here. I still would be happy to share her information so no one else...
Thanks, guys. My husband told me last night to just let it go. It was obviously upsetting me way more than her, and that I could just order Ruth some new birds, that he'd give up his fun money this month. Maybe we can recoup some money out of it. I'm going to try to just put it out of mind...
Finally update:
Seller insists they aren't her birds but I can send them back, and if they are then she'll refund the money. Of course, it'll cost three times more to send back than I'll get on them. So I'll be selling the mongrels at auction.
ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW WHO SHE IS. FEEL FREE...
No I reread all messages and the PayPal. I didn’t agree to that at all. And now she is telling me that these probably aren’t her eggs and if I tell her name on her she will get me booted from the group. Who knows an admin I can reach out to? She is acting like I am all hateful and I just want...
No their profile has been dark till today when I filled the complaint. And now I find the original stock she has is from a hatchery. (Faceplam) And she claims I signed an agreement of no returns or PayPal complaints, but I couldn’t get a response?!? I am never again going to buy anything bird...
As much as I hate wasting money. This is the real problem. Our county also stipulates that only cloverbuds members (peewee) can show poultry under a year. Since our show is Feb 9th, unless I get my hands on some in the next few weeks she won’t be able to show next year.
Thanks everyone, I have tried to reach out through here only to get no response. Maybe I will at least give it a few more days before reporting or anything. A friend who is pretty good at sexing at a day old told is we have 1 cockerel maybe 2, the others are pullets. So if nothing else the...
Thanks so much. Wyandottes are a new breed for us. My daughter wantes to begin raising these for show, and too breed. I am sure that they will just go to the egg laying pen, because the kids are attached. But I am frustrated that I need to start all over searching for a breeder to get her started.
I know she has several varieties of wyandottes, and I wondered if I just ended up with different color crosses, till it became obvious that two have single combs. I mean when one hatched with an extra toe and feathered legs I knew it wasn't right...
