I would think she is a Welsummer due to being a little bit more on the lighter side. Most other partridge varieties I know of are heavier breeds. She’s definitely not a Speckled Sussex. It seems that these two breeds are often mixed, which makes sense due to their very similar pattern as chicks...

They both are pullets. They are pretty girls! The black one may have a few tail feathers that look like a roosters, but when sexing them you should really focus on the comb, due to the common occurrence of females having pointy tail feathers (which is said to be something only a rooster has)...

She looks like an Australorp to me. From what I can tell, she has the right color feathers as well as legs, beak and eyes that Australorps carry. Does she have any golden or silver feathers on her neck?

That looks like a cockerel. As @FayeAndHisChooks pointed out, a Barred Rock hen is normally darker, and he also has a bigger comb. I have a PBR cockerel that is about the same age as yours, and he looks very similar.
