90-95 is what they should be at when hatched, so during the daytime that's perfect! Saves electricity and it's good for them. As soon as the temps start falling though I'd get them back under heat. You'll see when as they'll all be huddling up together.

There are usually drain/weep holes in the bottom of windows so if they are on top, now your water/moisture has nowhere to go. I'd investigate this issue before choosing to do this.
When I make mash from the starter feed for them, I put it in 4 oz pyrex bowls. Those are clear, heavy, small and won't tip, although they do learn to walk on the top so I scrape off the top an hour later and put it back in.
