    In my powdered gravy? If you say so. I use milk in the gravy I make from scratch. Maybe even cream. Sometimes chicken broth, depends what I'm using it for.

    It's a powder, a mix. Add to hot water and whisk. I transferred it from its box to a quart jar and no longer remember the ingredients, only that it was lard-free. I beleve it had buttermilk solids. I can make a very good bechamel sauce (white sauce) using butter ànd flour.
