I use an all-natural peanut butter, no sugar. You have to stir it and keep it refrigerated or the oil separates.

Poblanos are used for chilis rellenos, aren't they? Stuffed with cheese snd chopped onions, battered with whipped egg whites and fried.

We dipped it in sweet and sour sauce, I think GC used barbecue. She would eat a sock if she could put BBQ sauce on it, I think! 🤣

I tried my hand at fried chicken, using rice flour and cornstarch so GC could eat it. It wouldn't brown like flour does so I probably overcooked it and it was kind of dry. Still tasted a lot like chicken so we ate it anyway! 😆 With corn on de cob left over from the other night. I could eat corn...

Just got back from the hospital keeping my friend company. She had s knee replacement earlier today. Saw the x-rays, pretty cool. The surgeon's nice, personable young man, looks about 16, lol.
