In my powdered gravy? If you say so. I use milk in the gravy I make from scratch. Maybe even cream. Sometimes chicken broth, depends what I'm using it for.
It's a powder, a mix. Add to hot water and whisk. I transferred it from its box to a quart jar and no longer remember the ingredients, only that it was lard-free. I beleve it had buttermilk solids.
I can make a very good bechamel sauce (white sauce) using butter ànd flour.
Yup, raining on us now with some thunder. Trying to cook hash browns from scratch with two dogs at my feet as if I am the great storm protector, lol. Hash browns not sticking together, I chopped them in the food processor. Shoulda grated em on the box grater I guess. Crisping them on stove top...
