I am thinking of doing a couple of my booths as a serving area, as well as if s folks want to serve at their own booth. I will have an extra kid and Mother in Law to dish and serve as well. I would like for everyone to be able to do it at their own booths that way traffic will go to each booth...

On servings I personally would just do a small serving and not a full portion. I would think a double recipe would depend on if the recipe serves 8 or 20. I don't have any idea how big this thing would be just yet until we get it out there and see what the response would be. I estimate 100 folks...
I told Coral I am thinking that making enough for 100 tastings should be enough. Who knows it may get so big we would have to do more!! I am thinking that maybe do the judging around 2 in the afternoon? What do you all think?
All of the ones I have been to also have one tray. Folks go booth to booth and get a sample and then they give their ticket to the booth they think is the best use of an egg. No seperate ones for hot and cold but the trays I am looking at do have sections. On the adult drink thing, I don't know...
Im like Kass. The pen that I have my Orps in is large and no one even trys to get out. But I would say that with mostly 6 foot fences you wont have a problem anyway.
