I’m making devils tooth cheesecake, peach cobbler, and monkey bread in the Dutch ovens for the Fourth of July celebration at the city park. I’m actually making the cheesecake today, because it takes a while to make, then it needs to cool so it tastes better tomorrow.
Good afternoon everyone.
I need to appropriately vent. I have to admit, I’m extremely frustrated with my grandparents because of their dementia.
We got a call from my grandfather, the one who has dementia, and he said that he was out of protein drinks and soda. We went to the store, 40 minutes...
I knew having a broody hen would be useful!
If it’s a cockerel, I’m gonna use it for meat. If it’s a pullet, I’m gonna use it for eggs.

I’m laughing really hard at the Gex trilogy.
At the beginning of the 3rd game, Gex is sitting on the couch, watching the news, when the first line in the game happens as follows:

Just like last time, I’ll be sure to get some authentic recipes to share.
Anyway, I think I’m going to make some Baursak today.
I planted 15 potatoes, I think I have five different varieties. Lost one plant to disease, and had to harvest one due to my mother accidentally knocking over the plant.
I can see why, or rather, I can taste why they’re excellent.
I’ve also got Russet burbanks and purple majesties growing as well as a couple other potato varieties that I forgot the names of.
