I was going to say that is looks like frostbite to me. The toes have died and are getting ready to fall off. I'm with Bee too, and I'm glad you're going to be brave and do the right thing.
Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup to the chemical ACV. Then you have to let it sit in your dark cupboard for a few weeks. It needs to breathe too so I put part of a coffee filter over the top and secure it with a rubber band.

Feather Fixer - ferment away. I do.
Someone suggested getting some hardware cloth to wrap the bottom of your feed bucket in so they cannot chew it. I would probably use 1/4" hardware cloth or real wire screen.
He obviously has some sort of imbalance in there. I would get some plain yogurt and give him a tablespoon of that all mixed in too, with each meal until he shows improvement. Then you can cut back on the yogurt a bit and see how he does. Good luck.

Chocolate mouse, do you have something hanging in front of your nests to make it dark inside? Or would it be possible to make a door on the nest that will lock closed to keep the bird in the nest as well as keep any others from getting in? That's something you may want to try for those two...
Take some of your dry crumbles and mix them into your fermented crumbles until the ff is quite dry. That will get them used to the flavor. When they're eating that really well, try leaving it just a tiny bit wetter the next time you serve and keep going like that . Before you know it...
DMRippy has some cream legbar crosses that are called SBEL (super blue egg layers) - aka: a blue egg layer crossed with a white egg layer, makes for bigger eggs and more of 'em.
Also, cjwaldon has them.
I think both of these ladies are fairly close to you.
