you can go to the learning center tab at the top of tha page and go into incubating and hatching eggs. it says 50% for the first 18 days then 70-80% at lockdown (last 3 days). there is also a section that discusses dry incubation. personally dry is what i use and have had an 80% hatch rate...

i set 25 eggs, 22 days ago. I removed 7 that were infertile (b/c the farm is free range) and 5 that died before day 15. leaving me with 13 and i have 9 chicks in the brooder this morning with another pipped and another chirping away in the egg. Hopefully this helps you figure out how many eggs...

he's out!!! i helped him out a little and he made it the rest of the way and hes looking good. now another one is starting on its journey (thankfully the right way). i dont know if i can do another sleepless night. hope everything goes well..
