Thank you
I was just spit balling. I was hoping the vet could drain some of the fluid to give her more time or at least a better quality of life for a little while.
I took my 5 year old hen to the vet today. He said it was likely water belly. She got an ultrasound but I won't get the results until tomorrow. I know it is not curable but is it treatable? On some threads, they mention vitamin c and oregano oil? Will this work? What about dietary changes...
I brought them in last night to feed them and keep them warm. She came around just now. So, I have them back in the dog house to see if she will take them away.
She is probably close by, because I can hear the ones she moved earlier.
Thank you, again, for your responses.
How long should I wait? She still is hanging out a few feet away from them and occasionally pops in to the dog house where they are located. But, she is not feeding them or trying to relocate them. It is all happening right outside my bedroom window...
A cat had kittens in my backyard this morning. Long story short, she got spooked and left them behind. I took them inside and started feeding them. Will she come back and take them even if they were inside?
Thank you
Thank you
My sister posted a missing rooster online.
But, I think I may have figured out whose rooster he is and most likely they dumped him.
I would keep him but I don't think we are allowed to have roosters.
