I meant to add a caption and see if anyone in the thread thinks my guy looks ok to breed. I think he's handsome, but I'm not sure if he's completely correct. He is 7 months old.
Thanks for sharing this. My friend just gave me the exact thing: eggs to hatch from a bielefelder roo. Hens are also bielefelder, buffs, legbar and 2 ee eggs. Just hatched them last night and waiting for them to dry off. Was wondering if any of yours were able to be sexed at hatch.
So far I just plan to sell them locally. I'd consider mailing, but I would have to see the cost to ship and if it would be worth it.

I'm sure they put moisture pads down for home slabs, but I'm betting they didn't do it for a 40 year old barn lol
Hmm
I am wondering if bare concrete is more or less easy to be sanitized than the garage type sealant??
I have almost the same setup with a coop in a barn. I started reading this bc I've also had damp spots on days when it seems like there isn't tons of rain. I use a shovel or poo rake and turn it all and move it around.
I wanted to add that the front half of our barn does have some of those...
