    So my wife and I tried to incubate maybe a dozen blue eggs from one if our EE hens that was mating with a silkie roo and we finally scored a fertile egg! Say hello to Hapa, our first hybrid chick. It seems to have some silver and gold coloration going on. I can't wait to see how it develops! <3

    Hi, BYC buddies! I am still a newbie and raising some Rouen ducklings. I am paranoid about angel wing developing in my duckies and was wondering if this wing appearance is normal on these young ducklings? They are just starting to feather out. Thanks!

    Hi, friends! I am an amateur that would appreciate some experienced knowledge! These are my two very young Rouen ducklings. One has a bill that is yellow and black and the other is a solid dark color. Is there a way to tell their sex by the bill in young Rouens?

    Hi, I am raising a mixed flock of about 20 birds but just added these two cuties to the family! Can anyone ID the breed for me? I have no idea what they are. The beaks and feet are jet black.
