Supper this evening.
In a base of garbanzo beans, I added meat, celery and onions.
Cooked to perfection.
Seasoned with parsley,taco seasoning, salt and pepper.
Topped with sweet chili sauce (not shown) in picture.
I had beans and duck legs.
Regular baked beans with a bit of refried beans mixed in.
I added two duck legs into the pot while the beans were cooking.
I then ate the beans with some havarti cheese slices.
That was it, no desserts, no sides or juice.
Pull up a chair and help me out.
This is plenty for two.
Sweet potatoes and onions fried in coconut oil. Two eggs and cheese added toward the end of frying.
