I wouldn't worry too much about what makes it into your chickens! I'm sure that if I knew what mine ate I wouldn't be so interested in eating their eggs
Marek's was the first thing that came to mind for me, but I would also recommend checking her rear end for signs of hardness or swelling. Sometimes IME when chickens refuse to walk it is because of a laying issue

Then I'd suggest that you keep her locked by herself in the coop during the day for at least a few days. It will at least give the others some respite and her something of a naughty corner.
