I have two light brahmas and one buff orpington. They did lay randomly during the winter. Stopped for a little while in Jan. started back up in feb. Now no eggs for two weeks. Anything I'm missing here?
Thank you ....I started treatment (corid) yesterday and she seems much more energetic today....slight blood tinge still in stool, but she is eating and drinking well ....also started the other six on treatment in the water. I have her separated from the rest ....fingers crossed

I have a 7 month silkie rooster who has had wry neck three times in past month.
It seems to happen when weather is really hot. He is in with 6 other chickens, one other is a silkie.
I make sure there are plenty of watering stations and shade.
He gets worse at night, when I go out to close them...
Good news .....I separated the silkies from the bigger ones for a few days, I still let them have supervised visits each day. lol
Today the little one is doing much better, barely a limp.
They are all back together in a larger area with no perches.

they are all in together in brooder in house...the brahmas have started to jump up on perch and jump down, much more playful than silkies.
Yesterday I notices one of the silkies was holding her foot up and hopping on the other...
