    Duckling With Wry Neck

Ok yeah I just checked it doesn’t have any vitamin b. So once we get the vitamin b, do we give it to it orally? Or do you actually mean an injection?

    Duckling With Wry Neck

It was doing it in the store. The people there know us pretty well and we have taken a lot of sick/gimpy chicks and gotten them better. That’s why they gave it to us.

    Duckling With Wry Neck

Hello, I am pretty sure we just brought home a duckling that has wry neck. Any suggestions? It constantly stares up and falls over backwards. We had this in a chicken once that we fixed, but we are pretty new to ducks.

    Duck unable to move legs.

Hello! I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not. But I just got ducklings for the first time yesterday and someone told be that ducks need more niacin than chickens or their legs could get stiff. Someone recommended adding brewers yeast as an addition to chicken food for ducks so...

    How to kill determined Foxes

This is interesting to note, from an article I found: When fox numbers have reached a certain level, they will regulate their own numbers so shooting a number of foxes will cause a greater number of vixens in the area to have cubs the next spring. An experienced waterfowl keeper whose husband...

    Worms! Help!

Pumpkins seeds are a fantastic natural dewormer, that aren't hard on your chickens or their health. You will have many people disagree with this probably, and that's fine, but I have seen fantastic results with it myself. Chemical wormers can be quite harsh on chickens, and often times the worms...

    How to kill determined Foxes

I would think securing the coop up would be your best course of action, more so than killing the foxes. If the coop isn't secure foxes won't be your only problem. If the chickens have a safe home you won't need to worry about constantly keeping them away, that's my thinking on it. It's like if...

    Ducks!

Hi! So today we got our first ducks! We have lots of chickens (almost 80) and we have 7 guineas, but ducks are a first to us! We got three babies. One khaki campbell, one mallard, and one of what we believe is either a Swedish blue, or a blue runner duck. So if anyone has any information...

    Coop training guinea fowl??

Um, it's kind of tricky. :lau We have a big fishing net. We just chase them down until we can corner them and then put the net over them really quickly. If we are really lucky they run around the barn so we have to chase them across the road. Yeah, I'm sure our neighbors have fun watching us. LOL
