He's handsome. His feet are a little red and I'd check his right foot for either bumblefoot or convicts foot. Are you asking about whether he's show quality or what not? @NatJ and @MysteryChicken are pretty good with genetics.

Welcome to BackYard Chickens! Could you get a picture showing more of its hackles, saddle, and tail? For its age, the face could be showing an early maturing hen, but the markings look more rooster. I can't see a lot of sickles going on, but I am suspecting roo.
