    Any Home Bakers Here?

    I did some baking the last 2 days but only remembered to take photos of one batch of garlic knots. They went well with homemade bacon potato chowder and the leftovers will go with tomorrow’s braised short ribs! Yum! I have been sick this weekend and finally felt like eating something today.

    Speaking from my experiences lately behind the counter, I can honestly say that almost all retail stores, especially the small ones, are VERY understaffed and overworked. I've been working at the local dollar store the past month (as a temporary job) and it is insane just how overworked everyone...
