My gosh, it’s been a while. We’ve been so busy with farm life. My daughter’s Salmon Faverolles and bantam Faverolles started hatching in March. We’ve since hatched a second batch of bantams and now have 5 pea fowl eggs and 30-ish guinea fowl eggs in the bator. And that’s just the poultry side...

I thought they were quail but now I’m not totally sure lol. Do you have examples somewhere of the difference? I’ll have to email Kristen and verify. Just checked my email threads and they are quail.

She’s very pretty once her feathers come back. At least she’s always been one to blow all her feathers at once so I’m never shocked when she looks like this. I’ll have to come back and update everyone when she’s grown her feathers back.

Our poor Easter egger (was sold as an Americana) looks so unwell 🤣 poor old girl. I wanna say she’s 6 now, maybe 7 🤦‍♀️. My yard also constantly looks like someone was mauled.
