It looks normal to me. In my experience you would see a second bright area like the other air cell, and then you would see the air cell move around when you tilt the egg. Sometimes you can see a detached area inside an air cell that looks like a brighter circle than the normal air cell.
But not a single one is chirping, not even if I play baby ducks hatching on my phone.
They respond to light and noise by moving. But they are just silent.
