I made a HORRIBLE mistake ordering from a hatchery! (Graphic Photos)
Maybe someone could start a hatchery courier service where they meet the buyers halfway. But I know nothing about where hatcheries are or how that could work, just an idea off the top of my head.- TeresaW

Button Quail Hatch-a-long! Small/Tiny Things
No, chickens can carry diseases that can be passed to quail. And quail need different food. Check the articles tab above, there's lots of good info there about keeping quail. -
8 injured quail
I give them a bed of dirt and mulch to give them traction to scoot around in. And shallow bowls for their water and food because they can't stand up properly. They do have a separate shallow container, around 8" around filled with sand that they love to wallow in. I push that into the dirt some...- TeresaW
