Egg Nog Fudge
This was great and easy! Little crumbly when cut. Following the cooling instructions from a cookbook might fix that - or it may be because chips have shrunk to an 11oz bag :(
Signed up for this one, but calling it "not an entry" since I didn't actually can them, just put them in the fridge. It's been about 10 days and they are nice and pickled already. Next time I would:
Use 15 jalapeno rings next time instead of 10. Based on ingredients these look very hot, but...
#11 Smoked Overnight Eggs
I have been collecting onion skins and XL (even a few double-yolk) quail eggs for this one. Wasn't expecting them to come out that dark! I left them in about 10 hours. Pretty eggs, mild smoky flavor.
PS. My kitchen isn't quite as green as it looks in the photo.. haha
