I've had 2 chicks hatch so far and more eggs pipping. One lavender Ameraucana and one EE

How old do the males need to be to get full color? Do they go back inside the coop at night like chickens? Are they aggressive? I had Ringneck pheasants a few years ago and the males murdered each other

I think the Peach golden pheasants are beautiful that is literally my dream bird. I would love to get a pair but have no idea where to find any and don't have a great spot for them to go currently. If I put them with my chickens there is a risk of fighting or disease.

Is he a splash with leakage? I dont think normal splash chickens can have brown feathers...

Thats exciting! I only have 2 splash Ameraucana hens they are part of a breeding flock.

Thats what I thought. I have a mottled Serama hen with some brown feathers in her neck so I probably cant show her. Isnt wry tail also a disqualification?

Are you able to show chickens that have leakage?

I think my Ameraucana rooster has some yellow leakage. Or maybe he is just dirty im not sure I have to wait for him to molt

What even causes leakage is it just a genetic thing?

Wouldnt the fish just like explode if it was shot? I have heard of bow fishing though.

I killed a deer last year too and that one is on my wall, but I guess hunting just is not really my thing anymore.

In my mind it was kind of a crime scene lol I felt kinda bad after hunting that deer I probably wont be able to hunt deer for a few years but still wanted the skull for decoration.

I mean, I have a dear head that needs to be cleaned up, but it sounds kinda weird to me to have a pets head in a freezer. Makes sense tho if u want to keep the skull.
