The scab on the bottom of her foot is very small and it was flat/no swelling. She does not limp at all. When I was picking at the scab on the bottom of her foot she never flinched.
It looks like bumble foot. I soaked in Epsom salt, got some of the scab off, sprayed with Vetericyn, put ointment on a cotton ball and wrapped foot. I am wondering what to do with the top part? Why does it look like that?
