My sister has arthritis like yhe poster inquiring about it and i know its hard for her to shoot. Much harder than a male with no problems
Her problem is grip strenth so something snappy is worse than something heavier
I have one, love it to carry but shoot it first if you can. It's pretty snappy cause it's so light and small. Just cause it's 380 don't think it's tame.

There a huge difference in the thickness of the plastic I mean polymer in the grips between my Springfield xd and a glock. The xd is at least 3 times thicker. I don't know how much more ridged it is cause I can't touch a glock, if I do I break out in a rash
