    Luffas are very easy to grow, once they get past their teens. :) They don't like their roots disturbed, so plant them where you intend them to grow.

    Some of them definitely need nitrogen. The pictures aren't clear enough to really see it, but my guess from what I do see would be too much water.

    I'm not planting any of my special seeds this year, except the tepary beans. Everything is boring "varieties" until I figure out the differences for growing in this area. Clay vs sand, water levels, sun and heat differences, etc. I did get boring sweet corn in the ground for a cold tolerance...

    One of the first things I did when I landed here was build my first greenhouse. Unfortunately I haven't done much with it yet, because it keeps getting infested with chicks somehow. That problem should be resolved now that my second coop is up. It has a built-in brooder.
