    from what I have read the ticks get on the possums and the possums clean themselves and eat the ticks. Like I said i do not know as a fact I dont have any pet possums.

    Feeding them draws other predators, possum, mice, rats, feral cats etc etc......Myself I would not. 22 short is silent. Well pretty silent.

    Rule number 1 Coop and run predator proof. everything likes chicken. If you have rule number 1 dont need rule number 2.

    Might be illegal to release after live trap in another area. other posters are spot on, lock them up and eventually coon will look for another food source, but does not mean they will or other predator come back. Coon will move in the day if hungry enough and known food source, but usually move...
