I'm here! I wouldn't trust most mushrooms but morels are so distinctive and I knew what to look for. They do need to be thoroughly cooked though, which I did.

You would be amazed how good it is. It gives it a spicy peanut taste, just like in Thai food. You can adjust how much you want to put in, too, or use tahini (sesame seed paste) instead.

Uh, I tossed rice in the cooker with some peanut butter, chili flakes, garlic powder, and soy sauce? Topped with eggs. I rarely use recipes. :)
