I am picking up a single duckling that hatched at the breeder today. Anyone have ducklings in north al cutrtenly. Trying not to raise a singleton.

The eggs arevery much like chicken eggs just a stringer egg flavor. If you feed them like chickens not much difference. However if you feed them fish the eggs have a funny taste. This is only my experience though

That's a little far. I am about 30min from Tenn. We only have a all flock. So I guess I am being picky. I would love.to have some Ancona or Swedish. Wouldn't mind a mscovy that would.go broody for us. We.keep our ducks for.eggs.and as.pets.so the more eggs they produce.the better

Have you tried hanging him upside down? My mom had luck with that. Every time she went in the coop she hung the roo upsidedown. Didn't take long before he realized being mean was not the way to be. Good luck!
