Perhaps with the crossed beak, she may be more susceptible to infection.
What cream did you use? Terramycin is very good if you have that available. Keep up with flushing the eye, getting the pus out and applying your cream/ointment in the eye.
Infectious Corzya has a bad odor...
The baby bird formula will be easier to syringe or tube feed than chick starter , but I'd also encourage her natural instinct to eat on her own too. Tubing should probably be her main source of nutrition right now to see if she will thrive. But make food/water available for her during waking...
I think you are doing what you can for her.
I'd definitely offer wet mash in a dish for her as @AinaWGSD suggested, it will be easier for her to pick up than dry crumbles.
