cayuga duck thread

didnt see one of these so i thought i would start a cayuga duck thread ill have mine 5/16 so exited

I got 9 ducklings last summer and am down to two pair of those this spring. I decided I wanted to make sure I had enough ducks so I ordered 10 females from Metzer's Farm. They arrived 2 weeks ago. I can't wait until they are all running around.

I have one Cayuga duck with my mixed flock and she is so sweet. It took a lot more work to make her friendly then any other breed I have had. So spend a lot of time with them...( like that will be hard!)

I have 1 female, 3 drake adults, and 10 female ducklings that I ordered from Metzer's farm on 3/31.

This is Bonnie (with the tuft) and Clyde, along with Flo one of our pekins. Bonnie is definitely the ring leader of our six ducks.

They are nine weeks old and she/he is loud and bossy.
