sick; gurgling noises; purring; gapeworm

My hen started making these noises about 5 days ago. She seems to be eating and drinking fine. No nasal discharge/watery eyes. I don't know if this is normal "purring" or is this some sort of illness like a respiratory infection or even Gapeworm?? Any one have a case like this? Here's a...
