slow growing

    Chick is growing slower then the others, is there something wrong?

    I have 15 chicks, 5 of which are Rhode Island Reds. I was told the chicks were all about 1 day old when I purchased them on the 7th of May, making them just over 2 weeks old now. 4 of the 5 seem to be developing just fine, with no problems.
