My first time incubating/hatching, i figured a hatch along would bring good luck lol! Going to start by saying we've been having freezing temps, and i cant always collect eggs immediately so some of these eggs may be doomed from the start lol, but im hopeful! If this batch turns out to be duds then i'll be trying again asap since this is so much fun. I wont be candling them every day, most likely at day 7 then again at 14 and go from there. They're due to hatch on 3/11.

Dad is an EE,
Mom of eggs 1/2 is an EE,
Mom of eggs 3/4/5 is an EE
Mom of eggs 6/7/8/9 are sapphire splashes
Mom of 10/11/12 is a starlight green egger (EE from my understanding?)

Most of our chickens are named after birds (minus the rooster, his name is Eric lol) so we like kind of abnormal/funny/crazy names. We have a seagull, a penguin, an Emu and an ostrich (all names, not real birds of course!) and a good amount of our dogs are named after food (Ziti and Gouda) so food names are great too. I cant wait to see what colors we get!
