1 week old Silkie

I hatched 4 from incubator, 3 are perfect, but 1 just cries constantly and wont eat or drink , i gave him sugar and water and try hard to feed him chick crumb but its like he just has no instinct to eat and drink , i have to drip feed him , he just crawls under the brooder and cries , is there anything else i can try please, vet hadn't a clue how to help him , I dont know how else to help him but hes not giving up hes 6 days now
He is in my top enjoying the sunshine, even trying to clean himself but wont eat or drink by himself

Is he able to stand up and walk or is he always on his hocks?

Do you have Nutri Drench or Poultry Cell you could give him a little of? Have you tried scrambled eggs or putting water on the feed to make a mash?
