11 week old not acting normal

We’re still new to chickens and my Cochin Bantam (?) (this was our free one from the hatchery) has been acting weird since I opened up their coop this morning. Everyone rushed out to eat and free range except this one. This chick is our favorite and is already the sweetest most docile of our 14 chicks. We’re not sure if it’s a pullet or cockerel so I don’t know how else to refer to this chick. She spends most of the day under a tree or in the coop and has eaten very little. The only thing I can think of is that I noticed holes this morning for the first time around the coop. It looks like something may have been trying to get in.
She was fine yesterday and now this? I’m not sure what is going on. I pray she’s ok. I really love her and so do my kids. Any ideas?

What does her poop look like?

I'd check her crop to make sure it's emptying. Look her over for any injuries or bruising, look at the feet/legs too.

She's not eating - is she being bullied or kept from the feed and water by the others? Sometimes this happens and you have a couple of birds that "control" feed/water stations. The solution to this is to provide another feed/water station or more.
