Is anyone able to confirm if our Lavender Orpington is a rooster or hen? It is 14 weeks.

Would you say without a doubt? Unfortunately I can't have a rooster where I live and this one is my daughters baby she raised. Darn chicken pets :jumpy

Pretty sure I see those saddle feathers coming in on the lower back, they're gonna be skinny, shiny and pointy. He may be growing them in around his neck as hackle feathers. They may come in darker, is the dark patch on his lower back
