1yr old hen distended abdomen but active

We have an Easter egger hen just about a year old that has a distended or swollen belly but comb and waddles are bright and and she is active and bright as well. Tried to feel for an egg but can't feel one just gave some pedialyte and calcium wondering if anyone has an opinion I have a picture of her squatting like she has been but has been pooping and eating and drinking.

Still fine other than abdomen this morning. Any ideas?

Interesting I have one that I just found this morning looking exactly the same. Dragging her tail and kind of waddling. Seems fine eating but walking funny. I hope someone can give some help.

Seems to be ok and gone down some but obviously still not looking right. Still eating and roaming the yard with the others I was going to aspirate it to see what was inside but it has gone down some so didn't want to add more to the issue if it wasn't getting worse.
