Here are 2 of my new chicks. Out of my 20 assorted purebred Bantams, these 2 matched. Very cute chipmunk color. These 2 are a couple of the biggest chicks, they have feathered legs, grayish greenish skin/feet. The one has full feathered wings, a little tail and new feathers going down her back. The other has tiny wings, and a larger redder comb and looks alot like it did 2 weeks ago, just bigger. So what breed are they? What will they look like full grown? And is it too early to think that the one is a rooster?
Here they are together
Her feathers.

His comb?

The other thing is, that the slower growing one seems like is little wing feathers are curling. What do you think?

Thanks for any information!

Hmm maybe OEG bantams. My chipmunk one from the mixed bin was one, they have kinda slate colored legs usually, but they still look a little different in color when they are younger.

They are not OEGB with feathered legs. Look for bantams with feather legs and go from there. It does look as if you have a pair.

Oh I didn't read the feathered leg part. Hmm cochins maybe then, with the single comb and the feathered legs. The bantams come in so many more colors then the big guys, so that's a possibility

Not sure about breed but my Golden Laced Cochin Bantam was showing signs of being a Roo at 2 weeks. At 2.5 weeks I was certain that he was in fact a boy. Looks like you might have a little Roo too :)

That what I though too. There are some that I only have 1 of, so I thought it might be nice if there is a hen to match the rooster. Thanks for the input.
