sold my ducks BC we are moving. Told the to call me if issues. They had predators but assured me they were protected.
Predator back got their chickens so asked if I would buy back the ducks.

Picked them up an hour ago. One wouldn't get up while we were loading them. She has bumble foot with I will deal with in the morning (I need a scalpel)

But her hock joint looks swollen. She takes a few steps the falls and just sits there. She will stand but not really move

The one on the right looks swollen to me. The same foot has bumble. She's not trying to keep up with the group at all.

What is my best course of action?
I can cage her in the ducks coop so she is close to friends but they are generally out in the field. I could also cage her in the chicken coop they hang in their coop more. And just treat the bumble foot in the morning and keep her walking limited.

I can bring her in the house but I am going to be listing in the next couple weeks.

The duck on the left seems to have a hunchback. That is not a momentary scrunch that is the only way she walks. Is this lack of vitamins?

I don't know if it is just BC they are molting but they look like garbage and they were so light when I picked them up. I am heartbroken they came back to me this way.

I have put peas in their water and Pu their food out and their pool is full.

If anyone has any recommendations please let me know

Oh and is poultry cell of to give to them?

It has niacin in it.

Thank you so much

Def use the poultry cell it's excellent stuff.
soak the swollen foot in warm Epsom salt water and hopefully once you get the bumble out the swelling will go down if it's related to the bumble she may have a sprain also so soaking and rest can help with that.
The Runner that is hunched over wasn't like this when you had them before you sold them? Is she walking okay? Maybe an injury hard to say, Have you examined along her spine for anything out of norm maybe feel one that is normal and her. @Starshollow

I bathed the hunched one today and she had a wound. Not sure how old it was but the was tons of dried blood. One bigger spot and one small one. I washed as best I could without stressing her too much. But I know I didn't get all the dried blood off. She absolutely was not hunched over when she left here.

The other I will remove the bumblefoot after dinner when my husband's home and can hold her and then wrap it up. She can stand straight up on the leg take a couple steps and then it seems like her foot gives out and she trips over the foot and falls so I'm not sure that it's even the bumble foot causing the issue. Knock on wood I've never had to deal with it before so I'm unsure.

I'm going to move them to a crate in the duck coop this evening so that hopefully they're still somewhat around their friends. My dogs and cats are far too interested in the room they're in and I don't trust my kids enough to not leave the door open by accident.

I'll continue to add the poultry cell to their water. I'm not sure if there's anything else you can suggest I add. I don't know that they were given proper food.

I am so absolutely heartbroken that they were treated so poorly in such a short time. She said they were fine when she let them out yesterday morning which obviously by the way that wound is I do not think it was just from yesterday

Could the wound be done by chickens? They can put a nasty wound on a flock member. So you have any antibiotic ointment that would be good to use on a wound clip the feathers back so you can get to the wound. Epsom salt soaks for the foot is good for healing and inflammation. Don’t let her drink the ESWater it is also a laxative and antibiotic ointment on the wound without pain relief. if you can post a picture of her bumble maybe we can help.
