I have 2 RIR hens in need of rehoming. I added them to my flock of 10 in September as a friend of a friend was moving and couldn’t care for them. They have never really fully gotten along with my hens. They pick at 2 of them until they bleed and i often come home to bloody messes. They have never been aggressive towards myself or my children and my 2 year old tired to pick them up all the time.

I have only been raising chickens for a year now and it seems to be causing too much stress.

They are about 2 maybe 2 1/2 as they were molting when i got them. I haven’t been able to free range them much lately as i can’t keep them out of the neighbors flower bed. With them being in the coop and run i think it adds to their aggression.

I plan to build a bigger run this spring but feeling like i just can’t manage them all for everyone’s well being.

Send me a message if interested! Will try to post pictures later.
