I have two Dorper lambs, a ewe and a ram.
Ewe: Has a black head with a little star.
Ram: Has a black head with a white stripe running down his face, he'll probably be a really good ram.
They're both nice looking sheep, taking the bottle easily, slightly timid but can be tamed down very easily, they're not wild by any stretch of the imagination. They'd be a great project for 4-H or FFA, or just for fun (definately wether the ram if that's the case though, I can handle that for you if need be.) They'll probably be great producers too, I know their sire is. The sire throws really nice-size lambs, never triplets in the two seasons we've had him. The ewe just dropped dead, cause unknown... I don't think she was a spring chicken anymore... I can try and get more info on the parents if need be, they're from my neighbor's flock. Reason I'm selling them is I just don't have the time or extra money right now and am trying to get my money back on the milk I've put into them so far lol. If they're going to a "pet" home with no other sheep (goats can work in a pinch but they're happiest with their own kind) I'd like them to stay together. Will start at $65 for both. I'm not going to deliver them to some far away land, but may drive a resaonable distance. PM with any questions. Price will go up as I put more replacer in them.
