3 legged chick with i believe unabsorbed yolk sac.

Hey all out there. So I had this chick hatch about 12 hours ago. Completely opened the shell but could not get fully out. Membrane was dried and restrictive. I clean up the chick from shemm and notice 3 legs. One with no function and another functional but dwarfed and misdirected. One fully functional leg. It also seems to have an unabsorbed yolk sac. Looking for some help with this one. Very alert and fiesty. What can I do here to give best chance here. The bird is isolated in clean incubator for the time being.

Welcome to BYC. Sorry about your chick. Yes, that's an unabsorbed yolk. I would start by doing as @Debbie292d suggested, and if it doesn't resolve in a day or two, you could try banding it. I've only banded one once, and this is how I did it:
