3 month old hen might die

One of my hen which is 3 month old has a droopy wing and is not eating or drinking anything, I tried to give it anti biotic or Enrofloxacin Tablets to be exact but its not drinking it, what do I do?

Okay use a needle-less syringe to give her the antibiotics. Drip it in her beak and she should drink it: I also recommend giving her some scrambled eggs. Put some electrolytes and vitamins in her water. How does her stomach feel? What about her crop?
