Sorry for the lengthy post!
Last friday, May 23rd I noticed My sweet baby christina was actting really weird while my son was cleaning out my girls' brooder and she wasn't looking up but just staring at the ground. I did a quick research and spoke to my husband's cousin who also owns many chickens and asked her opinion and she said it was wry neck and gave me advise on vitamins to get her. I quickly ran to our local Cal Ranch store where I bought all four of my chicks on May 1st and got some vitiman B paste and Selenium and vitiman E paste. She eats and and drinks very well still on her own. It doesnt seem aa servere as some other cases I've seen but she does get the backwards tilt zoomies and shakes her head while doing it. I have isolated her in her own brooder for now but i know she is lonely . I have been giving her the vitamins twice a day and over the holiday weekend was giving her egg yolk and scrambled egg.
Is there anything else I should be doing for her? Does this look and sound like true wry neck.
I'm completely new to this and already feel so worried about killing my flock.
My other black australorp has two crooked toes that go out to the side that I tried to put a boot on for four days and it did nothing for her.
I feel like a hot mess chick momma right now!
