3 week old Dominique- no tail feathers. GENDER?!

My 3 week old Dominique is supposed to be a pullet but she has no tail feathers yet! All my other chicks (same age different breeds) have them already! She is on of the smaller chicks so I don't know if the tail feather thing is a sign that she may be a he or that she's just a slow grower overall. I don't if anyone here can tell the sex by the coloring either but that'd be super helpful! Hoping she's not a roo

Still too early to know for sure.

Being tail-less doesn't really have anything to do with gender, in my experience.
